Head of Sales

MindWise Health is the operating system for behavioral health — and for the past four years, paying clients have relied on us to run better practices and deliver better care. Now we're hiring a Head of Sales to build on that traction and lead our next phase of growth.

What you'll do

  • Own MindWise's sales strategy and long-term commercial roadmap, and translate it into quarterly goals and a repeatable playbook.
  • Drive new business and market development across the segments we serve — addiction & SUD centers, ABA therapy, group homes, home health agencies, prison ministries, psychiatry practices, psychology practices, and whole-health organizations.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline end to end, from prospecting and qualification through close and handoff.
  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships that expand our reach and create new channels.
  • Lead product launches and market expansion in close partnership with product and marketing.
  • Own client retention and satisfaction — turn our customers into long-term, referenceable partners.
  • Build, coach, and manage a sales team as we scale (player-coach to start).

What you bring

  • A strong B2B sales track record — ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or behavioral health — closing new business and owning a full pipeline.
  • A builder's mindset: equal parts strategist and hands-on closer, ready to professionalize and scale our sales function on top of a proven product.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and shaping go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong relationship and account-management instincts that drive retention and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Based in or able to work on-site from our Brentwood, TN office.
